The Celeb "I Married Outside My Race" List

What a strange and interesting list. Either these folks are very unaware of other (and more famous) people who have married outside their race or they simply did not feel those other people were as annoying.

Other thoughts....

1) It it marrying or dating because Anna Kournikova and Enrique aren't married. Or are they?

2)Some of these celebs shouldn't be inccluded. Kimmora Lee Simmons had a black father. So unless bi-racial people are being classified as being in a race of their own, why is she listed? Reggie White's wife is a lightskinned chick. So unless she's biracial too and being put inside a different category or if she was perhaps Reggie's second wife, I don't know why Reggie White was listed at all.

3)Didn't seem to be too many true white female celbs in that field. Mostly just a bunch of white women who became famous as a result of the men they married.

4)I read that Mark Consuelos was from Spain. If he's true Spaniard ten he and Kelly Ripa need to be knocked off the list.


5)Did not know david Robinson was married to a white woman. I'm sure I'm always seen a black woman (clearly black I might add) listed as his wife in pictures. Did something change/ And Dave Chapelle? Get out of here. No way Is his wife Asian or latino?

6)Even with a lot of black women that didn't get listed, just check out all the black females on the list (the vast majority of whom married a white guy). Oh, wait! Its only those black male celebs that marry outside their race (especially white women), right? I mean that's the stereotypical accusation thrown at successful black men probably over the last few decades. It couldn't be black women doing this! (yes, I'm being sarcastic).

7)People who voted Bruce Lee as being annoying should be shot.

 

:idea: Yeah Jamal I too found the list more amusing than annoying with alot of inconsistencies as well.

On this point and as far as HOLLYWEIRD is concerned I agree with you if you look at the black female celebs that have married white men over the years but if you throw in black male athletes as well as IR marriages in the general population into the mix then the numbers are clearly on the side of the "theme" of this site :!: No problems from me on that at all.

dave chappelle wife is asian.

 

David Robinson's wife is Hispanic.

 

I did not know that Mel B aka Scary Spice was biracial. I saw her blond mother in the current issue of Hello magazine.
