I just went and watched the movie, I LOVED IT! Well it helps that I think Matt Damon is just the hottest guy around (what makes him even hotter is that it appears he doesn't know how hot he is.... sigh) anyhoo the movie was great, the Bourne Series is getting better and better and I soooo hope they are not done with it yet.
By the way some superior eye candy for the ladies in this move, one of the assassins (Desh) played by Joey Ansah. I've never heard of him before but loved him as one of the bad guys in this movie lol.

Also seems we have some decent movies coming out in the fall. "American Gangster" with Denzel Washington and Russel Crowe looked really good to me.

    Just the first one...

Matt Damon is such a hunk - old-fashioned word but it totally fits him! And he does seem completely unassuming about his attractiveness which is soooo sexy. (blakcmasterjay, are you reading this? ) Mmmm the strong and silent type. We are going to have to move this disussion to the ladies forum!

I just saw this on friday. Good movie. And I gotta tell you, I never thought I could be scared of Matt Damon but damn he was whoopin some serious ass in that movie.

I see Matt Damon walking up the sidewalk i'm crossing the street. I spot him in an elevator i'm jumping off, "i'll get the next one playa...do you son." Dude never even cracks a smile.

But seriously though, Desh was fucking annoying. I hate it when a killer is chasing somebody who is like 10 miles ahead, ducking through doorways and making all kinds of twists and turns, but somehow the killer always, always, ALWAYS KNOWS EXACTLY WHICH WAY THE VICTIM WENT. Still a good movie though.

I've actually never seen the "Bourne Identity", only parts two and three. I'll have to check it out one of these days.

I saw the flick last Sunday and loved it. So much action and second guessing the government. The flashbacks of Bourne's German girlfriend brings memories.

I agree Soulthinker, it's sad they killed her off, the on screen chemistry between the 2 was amazing.... I loved that they didn't give him a love interest in the subsequent movies, would have been cheesy I think.

Seen the movie, and i personally think it's the best movie all summer (Sorry, Transformer fans). If you love high octane action, this is a must see.

It loooked like they were implying he had something going on with the Julia Stiles character.

WOW - great movie!!! "Uh, sir, he backed off the roof!" Great line...

Shaft I thought you were being kind of wussy, all scared of MAtt Damon, but not anymore! I would get of the elevator too, after I dropped my business card, just in case he needed to find me later! (Hey, have you gotten pissed at any porn lately? :D )

What do you think happened b/t him and Julia? Something back when he was being 'broken'...

Those were some intense fight scenes, I had to close my eyes at the end of the one with Desh. Yeah, Chi, serious eye candy - but didn't he look a little dorky on the scooter? Give the man a ride, come on!! Did Desh look a little like Obama?

Best one of the series, hands down.

    Hi fnnysmrtprtty,

Yeah, now you see what I mean don't you? I'm telling you, this aint' no "Good Will Hunting" Matt Damon. This is a violent, pissed off Matt Damon giving away free beat downs. But I was kidding about getting off the elevator, I would probably stay on with Matt. Now ANTHONY HOPKINS is another story. After that Hannibal Lecter shit he can have the elevator, i'll get the next one. In fact, i'll just take the stairs. You aint' eating my black ass with no fava beans.

Yes actually, I am currently "protesting" the "Bootyjuice" series parts one through four. I only need to watch part four another six times before I start my official boycott. (Before one boycotts, one must be FAMILIAR with what one is boycotting.) These movies are smutty and terrible, so i will make the sacrifice of watching in protest.

I do this not for me...but for the children. :smt010

Yeah, when he was being broken i'm thinking. The part where they were talking she said something like, "...being assigned to you was difficult for me" or something like that, then there was this weird pause and she started looking at him all crazy like. It was real quick, but I caught it.

I was so glad when he fucked Desh up. First of all, i think Desh was in the wrong movie. He should have been in the X-men because he's obviously some kind of mutant. He can track somebody (without any kind of homing device mind you) through a crowded urban street from fifty yards. Hear a random noise on the tenth floor of a building, somehow figure it's his target and not a resident of said building and be on his victim's ass a minute later. He could track a midget in Times Square on new years eve. The man had to go.

Ah, a man who understands he must be educated before he takes up a cause, I admire the time you are willing to put into the effort! People should understand they can't just go out and boycott willy-nilly!! Though I am worried these horrible movies will taint your pure heart...

And don't be jealous of Desh just b/c he has mad tracking skills!! Though I swear he looked like he was on his way to a kickball game on that scooter... And how the hell did Matt Damon choke him when Desh was probably a good 6 inches taller so his wingspan had to be much greater, that didn't make sense to me.

LOL yeah he did but then as long as he stops by my place after the kick ball game I don't care. Well actually not true, I would just use Desh to lead me to Matt-how-can-he-be-so-hot-Damon. Who knows those mad tracking skills may come in handy to find other people who are victims of my affection lol

I wholeheartedly agree. Plus, giving him a different female in every movie would be too similar to the Bond movies (none of which I'm a fan). The Bourne movies are fantastic. While you can never say never with Hollywood and a money making franchise, I think it's best to end the series now. There's alot of symmetry between the Ultimatum and the other two movies. It's similar in feel to the Supremacy while harkening back to moments of the Identity. The most readily apparent aspect is that the Identity begins with Bourne in water while the Ultimatum ends with him in water. That's perfect in my opinion.

In interviews, Matt Damon was speaking as though he might not want to do another. And it's almost inconceivable that a 4th Bourne is filmed without him in the title role.
