The Best Years (Canadian TV Series)

The Best Years is a Canadian produced show, so it makes sense that there will be IR...it's made in Canada -- not America. Too bad it's not shown all over the US.

Yea as I was saying in the 90210 thread, this was one of my favorite shows in the summer of 2007.

well according to the website for the show, the good news is: they are bringing the show back for a 2nd season. the bad news is: who knows If or When it will air in the US.

It may air sometime in 2009 on The N or ABC Family or something. There's a cool canadian show (its about hockey and has no IR at all) called M.V.P. that aired in Canada in 2007 but just started airing here in the US on SoapNet (a soap opera channel). Hopefully that's what might happen with The Best Years if it isn't picked up right away in the US by The N. I LOVED that show.

It blew me away a well written, well acted, intelligent teen drama show was created that was focused on an IR relationship and a black guy who got all the fine a$$ white poon he wanted. And a little trivia 4 ya, the actor who plays him, he is dating a white girl in real life, she is also an actress, and pretty fine, i forgot her name though....

 

I look forward of seeing it soon.

 

Canada...as well as Europe, are way ahead of the US socially-speaking.
