Thats true but both T.O and Chad are cancers to a football team.Teams would put up with it when they were top 10 receivers but not with the diminished skills.

Chads last season he was making a spectacle of himself throwing F bombs and saying he was going to be a porn star at press conferences then gets arrested for assaulting his wife and T.O got kicked off a minor league team for being a diva and not wanting to play road games.I can't blame a team for not wanting to put up with that from two 35 + year old receivers.

 

I respect that but I'm a raiders fan and from my perspective sometimes you have to roll the dice to win. And I'd take a chance on one of those guys.

Brings back memories.The Raiders were my first favorite team as a kid and the team that got me interested in football.My whole family were proud of Art Shell and Bo Jackson and Bo Jackson was my hero.


At this stage I don't think T.O or Chad could help the Raiders or any team much.I agree with you they are still better then some current players but they are past the point of being difference makers imo.I read T.O was dropping a lot of passes and couldn't get open when he was practicing with Seattle and thats why they cut him. Same thing with Chad in Miami they even showed him struggling and dropping balls on HBO's hard knocks.

The Raiders are a very prideful organization with a fan base like no other. We've had a rough few (10) years, but a team like the Raiders is bound to bounce back! Glad they were able to get you interested in the sport!

 

They are still one of my favorite teams and I still root for them.JaMarcus Russell had my hopes up but we know how that went

 

Lol I was buying stock in Jamarcus Russell when he first came to the Raiders! We were allll let down with that one. Every year I get my hopes up for decent draft choices, and every year they manage to screw it up. Once again...fingers and toes are crossed for this years draft :smt069

Regardless, the Raiders have always been, and will always be my one and only NFL team. This love is for life!
