Vegetarian here! Simply put: like how I felt whenever I didn't eat it! I felt sluggish as he'll after eating it, personally. I had to ween myself off of it, slowly but surely. Never ate pork/beef so that was easy. Chicken took a while, ha ha!

I still have my eggs and cheeses (Sargento=veggie cheese), lacto-ovo!

I can attest I am still decently muscular and leaner than I have ever been!

I am a vegan! It makes me feel healthy and I have a lot of energy. Meat makes me feel tired and sluggish and I want to sleep after a meal.

I was veggie for a while and then it just seemed to make sense to go vegan.

The only thing I miss are chicken wings lol. I make a mean wings substitute and they still taste good with a nice cold libation :smt023

I want to sleep after any meal and I don't eat meat either. I stopped eating it about 11 years ago just because it grossed me out - looking at raw meat, looking at meat when it's cooked, tendons..eww!

i'm a vegetarian because of ethical reasons. i go vegan every once in a while, but the lure of cheese and yogurt always brings me back to vegetarianism

Vegetarian here too! It's been about 20 years since I've eaten meat, so I don't remember how I used to feel after eating it, but for me processed/refined carbs make me feel sleepy. I feel at my best and most energetic when I am not eating white bread/rice/sugar, etc. Today at lunch I had two cups of chai, white rice and naan at the Indian restaurant. Even now I am feeling drowsy and ready to go to sleep. :smt015

I am not a vegetarian but I don't eat red meat or processed food
(generally:)) and I definitively feel a difference when I eat processed food or red meat - it really messes my system up and make me sluggish. I can only imagine how I would feel if I cut out fishies and chicken.........
