Black, your experience is not only political, but well beyond, touching on fundamentals of morals, values, and beliefs. From what you have said, there are so many wrong things on so many different levels going on here, it's utterly insane, outrageous, etc. The parents of your baby's mother seem to have an influence that compounds the problems that you are facing due to the discrimination against your race, religion & gender (you are being hated on all levels). It sounds to me you need to some how put yourself in a position to play dirty, or simply take your child and relocate. I don't typically advocate kidnapping a child in any circumstance, but this would be one of those times that I do (assuming you’re the nice guy that seems to be portrayed in your story). I hope that you can figure something out, I'm not a big religious type, but I sincerely pray for the well being of your child & you.

 

Black, I am literally begging you to get a lawyer. Please. Please get a lawyer. No court in this world cares who is right. All that matters is the lawyer. Please, please, please get a lawyer.

 

I sincerely practice my belief and no matter what transpires I always believe there is a doorway out some time or other.I would never consider dirty tactics as it would put me in the same category of others and they say "never argue with a fool because they will just bring you to their own level and beat you at their own game. However if all else fails it will be plan z which perhaps involves relocating.

 

I had three different lawyers all of them were s..t and further complicated the matter. I am not being haughty but I destroyed all of them in court including the lawyer, I got them lying shouting etc etc and still no result.

Perhaps one may say I am naive in my hope but I wait for the one JUDGE who can do anything YHVH. The high court in London has added a further restriction on my order not to discuss the case (in other words they fear the media publicity it may get).

I really don't advocate playing dirty, but when all else fails and you need to protect your family, you must do what you have to do. Protect your family, especially children at all cost. At the bottom line, in the end, you only have your animal & paternal instincts. Stay strong Black.
