Really enjoy the show I just watched.

 

If this is a 'new' issue for someone, I wonder what country they've been living in the last 25 years.

 

The Black males who are too important to fail are the ones who are smart and gifted living in projects and hoods. Also the ones who refuse to be a thug and have no sagging pants.

I missed this one. For some reason the black man who the world tends to look down at as being the underdog against all odds excites me. The brother who goes against all the bullshit that is thrown at him and who stills becomes a success is the most enduring story in this culture. I look up to such men as heroes. There is NOTHING a black man cannot do.

 

I share this sentiment.

 

Did they concentrate on the inner cities? you know the place I hate and can't relate to.

 

good that he did. ppl forget this is as much for white ppl as is for blacks. it helps to remove stereotypes and give you a real picture instead of a lie.

 

That's true, Sadly some Black Men have given up.

 

Unfortunately you are right, but a new empowerment movement for the young black male need to take root within the black community. If this country can take the steps to empower the female (just look at the media) then it can do the same for the black male.
