It depends on how often I'm going to the gym/active and if I'm going out. I sweat and sometimes I do 2 (workouts) a days or go fishing or go out. I've never smelt B.O. even when I skip showering for a day or two (Sometimes I'm in a remote location fishing and there is no nothing, but saltwater). When I'm in the city and active I will take up 2 showers weekdays/to 4 showers on the weekend. They will be quick when I'm frequent with them. Lather once and get out. I'm big on using organic coconut oil (summer) for moisturizing my skin...sometimes olive oil (winter). I re up every time I shower. I use only lotion that is for a face, on my face. I cut back on the jacuzzi and probably only take 2-3 baths per month (I love bubble baths).
