I remember having attractions to a teacher's aid. I used to write her love letters. I was eight at the time. These days, english teachers open up a Pandora's Box when it comes to term papers. One of my college literature instructors was very specific about what papers he wanted from his students. That gave us an idea as to what to write. I guess the instructor did not do this and opened Pandora's Box.

    he will win

3 semesters is a LONG suspension over something which probably does not have a clear definition/punishment in the student handbook

since when did journal assignments, especially at the collegiate level which celebrates creativity and adult behavior, become subject to harsh penalties like that?

I bet if some guy wrote a report on a necrophilia fetish he wouldn't get suspended.

You gentlemen make a valid argument. His is the 1st Amendment, theirs is sexual harassment.
Without any clear guidelines to the context, Petty he may indeed win. Don't know about $2 million, though. However, to be hauled off like that in front of everyone like a common criminal...creep or not.

In the news today an Oakland University student, Joseph Corlett, 57 is the suspect of the raping and murder of an English instructor. The police has stated that the motive for the rape and murder was because his sexual advances to the instructor were dismissed and he reacted with rage and violence. More at 10:00 on the terrible crime.

also another rape suspect is on the loose. he was last seen at the 7/11 on tory avenue. we have a sketch of the suspect. if you have any information
