Judging by what's going on downtown Moscow after yesterday's game, if they take the Euro cup it's going to be a PROBLEM as Funkmaster Flex says.

 

Russia not only made a deal with the devil,they have a relationship. They will play against either Spain or Italy. Either way it would be a exciting game.

 

yeah! they're gonna play against Spain and i cant wait to see it! Spain has won Russia once already, so i really worry about the way it's gonna end up...by the way, what do you mean by saying Russia has a relationship with devil?....

 

I still hope Russia will make its way against Spain but Spain plays so well... It's gonna be an interesting match.
Germany vs Turkey will be interesting too.Many Turkish people live in Germany so no matter who wins it will be loud here

 

There is no question that the hottest fans have come from Russia this time around. Their fans are like, whoa. :lol:

About the game, well, this tournament has kinda made everybody keep their words warm and delicious, because we've often had to eat them. All the teams that have excited us, like Portugal, Holland and Croatia, are out. All the gritty, technical sides like Turkey and Russia are still standing. Yesterday's Italy-Spain game was more eventful than the score suggests. David Villa missed bare chances and Luca Toni's uneventful, lacklustre and unbelievably unlucky streak continued. The game could have had at least four goals had it been a group game, but obviously, nerves were tight so everybody was shooting blanks and giving their fans heart attacks. :lol:

Right now, it's very difficult to make any predictions as to who could go on and win it because all four teams have what it takes to do it. But i'm not sold of Turkey. They have a number of key players missing through suspension and injuries, such as Nihat Kahveci and Recbar Rustu. I'm not sure they want to play Germany when not at full strength but we'll see.

Spain are playing Russia after ending their shoot-out nightmares. Iker Casillas was once again the hero of the night after stopping Daniele De Rossi and Di Natale's spot kicks. I've always known Casillas was one of the best goalkeepers in the world ever since he rose to the occasion in the 2000 UEFA Champions League at just 19 years old. He's my favorite goalie in the world and he proved just why. However, the highlight of the game - and the tournament, quite frankly - was watching Cesc Fabregas slot home the nail in the coffin. He just looked so confident and positive that there was no way he was going to miss. I really love moments like that in football.

Overall, Spain deserved to win. They had lost three penalty shootouts on the exact same date in different tournaments - against Belgium in Mexico '86, England in Euro '96 and South Korea in Korea/Japan 2002. With King Juan Carlos in attendance, they felt they had to give him a treat, and they rose to the occasion. Their plight was helped a bit by the suspensions of Andrea Pirlo and Gennaro Gattuso, but no one will remember that if they win it all.

My, this tournament has been the most exciting in recent bills.

Most of the fans of Russia are not racially tolerant and the team is all white hense the relationship with the devil.

 

Meh, the only reason Russia is where they are at now is because they have a Dutch coach transforming their team from a mechanical T37-play to a real creative team. Thanks again Guus, lol.

And yes, after hammering Italy and France the Dutch team really played like donkey dicks. It's that loss of concentration that always slips into th team at some point.

Germany will win, again.

And, oh, it is not soccer but football. Soccer is how the Americans named it and is only used in the US.

I'm not sure about the whole cup but Turkey will have a hard time in the next game with a few good players missing

 

For Germany to win the Euro Cup will be a second redemption.

The latest article on the Russian news website says that two young Russian couples have already named their newborn sons Guus (both poor boys were born on the night of the match), and more have pledged to name their future sons Guus if Russians take the cup.

 

Poor boys Is that name pronounceable at all in Russian?
