I don't know why ya'll are importing muslims into your free Country..They sure as hell don't want Westerners especially MEN in their Countries.

Seems to me the elites in Aussie are using immigration as a way to hurt your middle-class just like in America

Many countries signed up to the 1951 convention on refugees but there weren't many takers until in the past few years.

We now have a situation where people are claiming asylum for purely economic reasons while the same time genuine refugees are being stigmatised. No country has sought to amend their respective laws so it will continue.

Japan and Singapore - two countries I've lived in - didn't sign up in '51 and, relatively, things are pretty good in those countries as far as the lack of foreign-born criminals in their jails go.

Japan is monracial and Singapore is multiracial. They both have things in pretty good shape.

I support multiculturalism and immigration but I agree that we should prevent the abuse of the system.

The US currently takes in 1 million immigrants per year, but millions more enter every year illegally. Stricter enforcement of the border combined with an increase in _legal_ immigration (to say 2 million per year) would be a viable solution.
