What hurts even more is it was done to spite the mother having no money. At least with the baby shot in Chicago, it wasn't the intended target. The trigger teen here was/is evil. I feel the same towards those that kill their partner's baby or beloved pet to 'get back' at them for whatever lousy effed up 'excuse' they use.
