some have complained about IR dating sites being problematic

If you have used the Personals, what is your experience? jxsilicon, you seem to have had a bad experience, running into fake personals, can you speak about your experience?

 

Well, yeah, because of the nature of the Internet, and the type of ads you read in many personal sites (IR OR NOT) with people in them, whom you would NEVER expect to meet up with in your entire life, or even hope to.

Well, take the Personal Ads in here for example. That's what I mean.

You've seen the many ads in here, tuck, so you know what I mean. I think that is the kind of problem jxsilicon has had with these dating sites, and in addition to that, the ridiculous standards these people have in many other sites like Yahoo, Friend Finder, Match, or whatever one you browse are laughable. After reading their profiles, one would wonder what do they even have to be picky about.

 

yes, i have seen the personal posts. I just dont know what you mean, that is why I am asking for an example of what is "Wrong" with the personals. there are women looking to meet men, I am not talking about the sex ads I am talking about the dating ones--what are they saying that is wrong?

 

Oh, I was just giving an overall point-of-view on Personal sites at first...

but, a lot of the dating ads can be just as bad. A lot of these people aren't very attractive at all, and they have standards that are way too high, like someone who likes poetry and can write poetry for them, someone who likes to swing in an open marriage, someone who will spoil them on a first date, someone who will call them everyday on the phone just to say hello and etc., and many of these same people are NOT interested in IR, only want relationships with Christians, or people of a similar faith, and only look for people within their age group, and within their local area.

Now, I am not talking about the sex ads in here, or the dating ones, but some of the ones in here come pretty close to the ones I've seen in other Personal websites.

 

ok interesting. specifically, what is wrong with the IR personals? there is one by Sonya 6011 she was in the forum as tall girl and she seemed nice, what is wrong with her personal post?

 

Another problem is the fakeness. Some of these people don't even use their real photos, and are nothing like they describe themselves, or claim to be in person.

But, that is just one ad you found out of many. That particular one doesn't constitute all the others in here.

 

in the wwbm.com personals, the 1st page has 6 pictures of women, 5 of the 6 seem like decent women, so what is wrong with their posts?

 

Well, I never said they were all bad, tuck. I'm just saying that the majority of the ads in many popular Personal sites are bogus, that's all, but that doesn't mean all of them are bad in any website.

In my own way I was, because I was trying to help explain where jxsilicon is comin' from...

and, it's NOT just the Personals in THIS site that's a part the problem, in fact, in comparison to many other IR sites, this one is a solution and a step up, since most IR sites revolve around the premise of 'getting blacked' and so on.

I was talking about personals on here and IR ones only. I was wondering what about the women on here(not the sex ones or the ones cuckolding) but the regular ones, what was his experience that made him upset about all of them.

 

Maybe he's a bit apprehensive because of his previous experiences on other IR sites, or maybe he has been let down again. I'm not sure.

 

that was my point sardonic, thats why I was asking. I know that he has apprehension, thats what i said in the beginning. I am asking why are some examples on the ads in peoples experience that were so bad.

He can answer for himself, what has been your experience--and not with the sex ads, with the regular IR posts or the personals here?
