*Very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for opera. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian woman named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. Breathtaking, I suggest you try it.

Not really. I'm more of a geek now than in high school. A lot of people knew me but I liked keeping quiet and chillin in the background. I also hated most of the people at school. I liked my small group of friends. I was known for my EazyE shirts and angry look. I'm still known for that.

    High school years:

I was a member of the chess club. consumed with beating people at it. I once considered joining the wrestling team but I didn't like the touching part of it. The rest was just academics.

One word: freedom. No longer am confined by rules and politics of high school! I also set up new rules of what to do with my life.

takes a real man to grapple

i was never good at chess, but i liked to watch guys go at it during lunch or during free time in class.

back to the grappling tho...wrestling, jiu jitsu, whatever does seem extremely gay, but when you're actually involved in a match or fight, it's anything but. you grow to respect them as disciplines. the last thing on my mind during a 3 minute round is how 'gay' this looks. I'm too busy trying to not get my shit broken.:smt026

Well it is hard to say they are bad since I graduated from one. I can say that they better prepare you than regular school though.

growing up in philadelphia, i was pushed to maintain good grades to get into one, because the neighborhood schools are so bad. the one i went to did not have metal detectors or anything like that, while the vanilla schools had them and more.:smt103

    I was/am a nerd. Nerd til death.

Through middle school, I found my place as the outcast/nerd individual. Not conforming, not interested in being popular, although it's natural to want to make friends.

Well, a lot of that stuff starts to drop. I still see it in college though....but it seems to lessen and sometimes I find some really valuable friends who are really looking to live their lives to the fullest, not just frat douches and people who haven't outgrown their popularity level.

Also, know that there is a difference between geeks, nerds, and dorks. :D
