So How Was It?????

Did everyone have a good holiday???



I did, it was great spending time with my family and watching my child have a good time and being happy. We played a game called partini which was fun!!:smt060

 

It was aight. Just like any other day to me. Sucks though because my cousin can't get a flight out to visit me. Sucks. The Lakers won though so HELLS YEAH!!!!

Christmas Eve was good and Christmas day was better but the day after Christmas (today) I wake up so sick. I've been constantly throwing up in addition to a bunch of other unmentionables.

Not sure if it was food poisoning or eating too much food with cups of lemonade and Grey Goose(never have been fond of vodkas).

I've been in the bed all day and now I'm starting to feel better now that everything has left my system.

I hope tomorrow is much better!

My Christmas was great. Though my daughter really wanted a Nintendo DS and she didn't get one. I'm such a bad mom. HA HA. She's 6, she can wait.

But, other than that little disappointment that she quickly got over, we spent time with family and I got tipsy off of a couple of glasses of wine. :smt081

 

It was the only good Christmas I've ever had, so I'll chalk it up as a success.

 

My Christmas was good. I don't get to see all of my family members a lot, so that was good. It was a good time

I had a great time, even in spite of a very sick son, but he's better today and made up for it by eating all day.

I had my 3 grown sons with me all day, we watched movies and pigged out on Mexican food.

No major gifts, everyone was broke, but we had a ball.

 

It's about being with your family. As long as everyone had a good time, that's all you can ask for.

Yea, it was okay. I didn't get anything for Christmas. But it was fun watching my niece and nephew open their presents. My niece is so cute, heh, she was squealing and saying "This is so beautiful." "This is so wonderful." "Wow, it's pretty." She's 3, so it sounded so cute. My nephew who is 5 was just cool, calm, and collected. He just took the wrapping paper off and set them aside, LoL, then went to see what his sister got. We had to tell him to finish opening his presents - ya know, take them out of the packages. That was Christmas Eve. Then on Christmas day, they came back and we ate a Christmas dinner and my brother fixed our printer! Yay. That's it. It was okay. I'm glad my niece and nephew got so many presents. :smt045

 

I am glad your son is feeling better, i understand how you feel my son was sick since the day before christmas eve and i felt bad for him. He is slowly starting to feel better i think the antibiotics are starting to kick in. It is so sad to see them so sick.

 

You know it's funny actually, my son is 21, and still needs his mama when he gets sick. But you're right it still pulls on my heart to see him down like that.:cry:
