I agree w DK, this is shit stirring. I fail to see any other reason as to why you ask that question. Walking outside proves that its not so. Plain and simple. What the hell does your extremely selective pictures prove? Just odd.

I really honestly did wonder if a lot of white people look the same to people of other ethnicities - like Asian people coming here for the first time. I'm sure it's easier for Asian people to tell each other apart from the billions of people with similar features, because they are so familiar with each other, but what if you are exposed to a race of people suddenly, with thousands of them around - would a lot of them really look very much the same? Or are white people more visually diverse because of hair color and eye color - or is that just a construct that white people have come up with? (Are we immune to the subtle differences in shading amongst hair color and eye color in people who supposedly "all" have black or brown hair, like Asian people, or black people?

As I said before, black men get falsely accused for crimes based on mistaken identity in this country, from (ignorant) white people not taking the time to look at the differences and assuming all black people look alike, and it pisses me off. I wonder if the same thing would happen to white people in another country?

As far as pretty people are concerned, I do think that a lot of "so-called" beautiful people look identical - if you see a Miss America pageant - many of the girls look like clones of each other - even if they are different races - just with different colors of hair and skin, but essentially the same person.

It's not a troll question - you just think it is.

You create a thread, almost everybody thinks is wierd or offensive yet you are still resolute in defending it. Very interesting.

I'd love to let Bill Maher have a field day with this topic and then see who is so stupid to think of it or bring it up. It's a legitimate subject with multiple ways of looking at it.

If you were not an expert on tigers, would you have a hard time telling fifty tigers apart?

What about having 50 calico cats, all female, and you have only known one particular calico cat for years and years, but you can pick her out of the bunch as easily as anything, but your parents couldn't, even though they've been around her for years at a stretch?

If you love horses more than you love dogs, is it easier for you to tell 10 horses apart than 10 dogs apart? Or if you love English bulldogs better than Pekingese, can you tell them apart easier than the other?

I am not insinuating that people are literally animals or that different races of people are different species, so please nobody be idiotic enough to assume that - I'm just playing a "for instance". I wonder if love and familiarity play a factor in what tendencies people have to differentiate others from the pack - so that they don't look like "everyone else", and if this love would extend to strangers of the same race, such as if one identified very strongly with their own culture and race, they would remember people as individuals better. This of course is not an ideal situation.

Lucky for me, I don't feel that way about people - I recognize people for who they are regardless of race but I do have to make sure I know who I'm talking to at times - like once when one of my male Indian housemates switches places with his friend at the stove, I came back to the room and started talking to him, confusing him with the other guy for a split second, because they both have black hair and are the same height and build from behind. A pretty common error, I think.

They did the same to me but your boy has got a lot to spare so I'll say whatever the fuck I feel like. I am so sick and tired of the passive aggressive bs on this forum. Since I don't have the power to change it I'm gonna rock the fuck out of the boat especially with transparent shit stirring trolls.

Well its simple. Some if not most of these women truly believe in that feminist solidarity nonsense where its men vs women so they will blindly stick up for each other no matter what and there are dudes who are so desperate for ass or just love having some of these lame women pay attention to them that they will take on their horseshit causes as their own. No judgement just calling it like I see it.
