    Thanks Sir! I've been really consistent with my routine. I know in the past when i tried to put on weight, i was not consistent with what i was doing, and would then lose all the weight that i gained. But this time, because i'm serious and committed about changing my body, i'm staying on top of it every single day without fail. I believe i am at or near 150, which is a 14 lb improvement from where i was, and i'm only 10 more lbs away from my ultimate goal of reaching 160.

    I'm sure you'll have a breakthrough just like i have. Can't wait to get more updates from you about your progress.

    With all due respect, keep putting on weight and your fat ass won't be dunking on anybody on that cruise! You'll be Oliver Miller on the bball court.


    Disclaimer: Chicagoans talk a loooooottttt of shit, especially when it comes to competition.

    Finally on the downside of 220 and bodyfat dropped .3% since my last report:
    Weight 219lbs (99.3 kilos)
    Bodyfat = 21.0%
