Has any of you gotten SIM 3 yet? If you did do you think it's worth it? In Germany it's like 60 Euros to buy which is about $80.Lol. And I just wanna know whether it's really good before possibly buying it.I asked a few gamers I know but I guess it's not the type of game they like.Lol

I wanna check it out. Gamespot gave it a 9.0 and and editor's choice award, so most likely it's worth the money. Sims games have always been one of the more successful franchises in EA's catalog.

Oh man, I feel so sad for admitting it but I really want this game :3
£40 is WAY too much for it though, I'll wait until they have a knock off Thai version on Ebay or something.

Yea that's indeed a whole lot. Here, too. Someone told me on the US military base its like 50 bucks which is maybe 35 euros aka 15 cheaper than in a German store. Lol....no taxes there..thats why

Not really sure. They add a shit load for each expansion pack, and 3 is supposed to be really expansive as a standalone game. You can give your characters more dynamic personalities n' shit. On the back of the box, it said you can be a klepto type of person, or and outstanding citizen or some shit. You can give your character more traits than ever before. Lots more exploration of the city and neighborhoods.

Basically, it's the Sims on nutty ass steroids with so much shit to do.

Me and my cousin were sadistic. Back in the day, on the Sims 1, we'd make an indoor grave site. We'd create characters, move them in, sell the door, not buy a fridge, and we'd make them starve to death, creating a house full of those cremation urns, and move in the next sorry sons of bitches to share the same fate. We had the whole house filled with urns, and those things took up one little grid panel of space, so you know it took a long time. We enjoyed it very much back then. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! :smt077

The Sims is a REALLY addictive franchise man. Don't let it ruin you relationship man. Naw, I'm fuckin' with ya. But that game is really addictive. And when the expansion packs come out, DAMN, it adds so much more fun to it.
