Lets clear up my position on rape. Which is not the issue with Trump, try as you might.

I have said that women, in the past often did not come forward.
At the time when rape was not believed by women claiming it, when rape kits didn't exist, and yes when women are drugged and cannot prove they were raped, then l understand women not coming forward. Especially against powerful men.
However today, women can come forward,. And should. Even though it's still tough to prove.

But this woman wan not raped, Loki. And you know it. She said she was harrassed and when you read her allegations, they are not criminal.
    To quote Shan Wu, a former sex crimes prosecutor for the Department of Justice and current criminal defense attorney in Washington;
"I think one thing that people are not doing a good job of distinguishing between, is criminal sexual assault versus, perhaps, sexual harassment, or just pure crass behavior."

Loki, as a woman, men have tried to kiss me many times throughout my life. I have had my ass pinched, my breasts pinched and squeezed, my ass slapped, I was at work and I had a co-worker come up and kiss my bare shoulder as a greeting. I had a friend's male friend masturbate while sitting at a bar, during our conversation (l asked him in disbelief, "was he masturbating"?? His response - he blamed it on "my sexiness".) I let it go. Like l do for most times l'm harrassed.
Men do a LOT of creepy things sexual in nature without asking. However, this lawsuit is not rape, and It's disingenuous and disrespectful to victims of sexual assault to imply it is.

Scotland Yard is investigating magician David Blaine after a model accused him of raping her in London. Police have asked Blaine to come to Britain to be interviewed, according to emails reviewed by The Daily Beast.

Natasha Prince claims Blaine raped her at a private home in London’s Chelsea neighborhood in the summer of 2004, months after her 21st birthday, she told The Daily Beast in her first-ever interview on the subject.

She suggests he drugged her drink. She reported him to police in 2016. There is no Statute of Limitations on rape in Britain.

An investor who was going to bail out Harvey Weinstein's Company has now backed out after the Lawyer Spying allegations.
So his company most likely is going to go into bankruptcy.
From the most powerful in Hollywood.... to bankrupt.

She has now officially filed a rape complaint to the LAPD. They have opened an investigation and are seeking to question him.

Not quite sure why you trying to narrowly define the charges to rape Bliss. Here is a common legal definition of sexual assault "Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape." The definition can vary to some degree in different jurisdictions, but is pretty uniform nationwide.

Given the descriptions of the accusations against Trump, if true, his actions fit the definition of sexual assault.

As far as the rape charges, do not put words in my mouth, I have never said Trump is guilty of rape, just merely pointed out that he has been accused of the rape of a child, and had a lawsuit for "attempted rape" back in 1997, that was essentially settled out of court, the case was dismissed "without prejudice" at the same time Trump paid out a speculated six figure sum, to Harth's husband's company in which he was in another legal dispute. As you have heard me say before with Cosby, when a person of means pays to have the charges go away, that is a pretty good (but not definitive) indication of a smoking gun.

"In January 1993, when Jill Harth and Houraney visited Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s Florida estate, he allegedly pulled her into one of his children’s bedrooms, pushed her up against the wall, groped her, and tried to get under her dress again. Harth has accused him of “attempted rape, (https://www.scribd.com/doc/300193678/1997-Jill-Harth-Lawsuit?ad_group=1025X498259X5a113ee5ace7b17995e893f3102e6cc1&campaign=Skimbit%2C+Ltd.&content=10079&irgwc=1&keyword=ft750noi&medium=affiliate&source=impactradius)” while Trump has called the allegations “meritless.”

So the husband and wife wanted a contract, the wife said Trump attempted to put his hand up her dress and fondle her, and then filed a money lawsuit calling it an "attempted rape".
Then when the husband got the contract, she dropped her suit. But she never went to the police. Do l have that correct?

Thats certainly one interpretation, another interpretation is below,

"Houraney, who owned the events planning company, sued Trump for breach of contract, and the two sides eventually reached a confidential settlement. Harth says Trump paid somewhat more than $100,000. Harth separately had filed her sexual harassment suit, which also alleged attempted rape; she withdrew her suit as a condition for settling the contract dispute, she says.

After the settlement, Houraney and Harth say, Trump reached out to them, inviting them to a party and coming across as so charming that they wondered if he had been transformed. Not long after this, Houraney and Harth, who had married in 1995, had a bitter falling out and divorce.

Houraney and Harth haven’t spoken in years, but they offered almost identical accounts when I interviewed them separately, and their stories match Harth’s deposition and her sexual harassment lawsuit from the time."

    ????

I know some lesbos who would smack you in the face for saying that.lol
The term DL came into vogue because there were a segment of married and single BM who dated and fucked women, but were still sneaking around with other dudes when others weren't looking.
That's a textbook definition of bisexual, the issue is men aren't generally classified that way by society. Particularly in the Black community.
You could be that brotha who slayed 300 females, but let it get out that you messed with a couple dudes too and that brotha is automatically labeled gay.

That's Kerry Rhodes issue. And Tyler Perry. Eddie Murphy.

I know a lot of Black folk who write them all off as gay, despite their sexual relationships with women.

I though Tyler Perry was just straight up gay and hadn't come out yet.

That's one accusation I haven't heard of before. Did he work to get that swept under the rug? The media must've been protecting him HARD in the 90's.

Which proves my point. Tyler Perry and his GF/wife Gelila Bekele just had a baby boy, but most of us looking at him see a sweet ass brotha, despite evidence to the contrary that he knows his way around some pussy.lol
Ain't no bi BM. Even when there are.

Yeah, she clearly is his beard. Way too many rumors for too many years, for me to believe she's anything but a beard. It doesn't help that he was famous for a decade & was never romantically linked to any women, than outta nowhere he announces he has a pregnant girlfriend.

Something is going on behind the scenes that the elites are giving the OK to throw all these guys under the bus.

But I don't believe they all did it. All of a sudden these people needed to get this off their chest? Why now?
