I have been watching the board for a long time before I joined. I was very disgusted about the battling, b/c it goes against my ideals of IR harmony. However, I still joined, b/c most of the people here are peaceful and decent with the exception of a few and the webmaster did take care of the situation.

As a WW, I believe ALL THE WOMEN who engaged in the "sistas should not be here" war, Black and White should have been banned, b/c ALL OF YOU were nasty to each other, making gross generalizations about each person and sometimes the gendered ethnic group the person belonged to, harrassing each other, and filling up the threads with arguments and making nasty personal attacks instead of being civil minded, rational, and using the "!" point to report harrassment or what you believe racist, prejudice, or bigoted statements. Therefore, all of you were trolls. For the most part, this board is very peaceful, and it should stay that way. No, the BM should not choose sides when both sides are in the wrong. Also, I have seen many Black men fight off personal attacks of WM and BW trolls when it comes to protecting the WW on this board. For example, bmanz, Genuine, and Wedlock. Let's put it like this, you--Chigirl, Silvercosma, and lipstick are still here aren't you? The BW are gone from the board aren't they? Case closed.

You need to differentiate between a troll and an argument/ heated conversation resulting from a discussion.

Last I will say this, I am suspicious of you. The only time you chime in is when things come to a boil between certain members of this site. No other post, nothing, so forgive me but I am uneasy. I sincerely hope I am wrong and I will eventually see that in your posts, my apologies in advance if I should be way off.

Chi girl, you know how I feel about you and how much I enjoy you on this forum. I would just have to say that I think it depends on the situation.I personally missed the entire thread,but would definitely condemn any personal attack against someone's child or because they were black, white, yellow, red, or other.The reason why I became so frustrated with our resident Middle Eastern troll was because I and so many others tried to reason with he/she/it, and in return were eventually branded as "animals." I appreciated hearing support period for removing this poster but only because he/she/it was disruptive and abusive, not because he/she/it identified as a "white male."It's the same way if the poster is a black woman, black male, etc. It just depends on what they post, whether or not I agree, or how they treat other posters.
I also sometimes come from an angle of not knowing the full story or history of the issue.Some of these threads look like they go back to 2006 or earlier, and many have memberships prior to that.So it often feels like I'm busting in on a conversation that was started way before me.
As for Silver leaving, if that's her final decision I'll miss her also because she's such a contributor, funny poster, and well.......what else would the purpose of the forum be if all the white women get turned off and leave? That's just me being heartfelt and honest here.So Chi, if you see Silver again, please tell her:"Sie werden durch alle miteinander, sehr viel so von mir vermisst. I agree with Big and you'll probably be suspicious of me too, but the racism some of you exhibit is appalling. I sometimes ask myself how do you shield it completely IRL.
