The other day on Nancy Grace, they flashed a picture of his girlfriend Jackie Garcia, they showed her picture for a about 2 seconds and never showed it again. Which I thought was kinda weird. They kept panning the camera to a group of black women who were crying outside the hospital where Sean had died. Most people aren't aware that his girl is white, for some reason I was shocked to see that his girlfriend was white, and I'm sure some bw wont be to happy about that. Anywho, this is a sad story a guy dying so young only 24yrs old, I hope they catch his killers. :x

 

I'm with you Patterson. It is a sad story and I hope they catch the killers too. I saw some video of a group of bw too, looked like they were sitting on a curb or something, crying. I didn't see his girlfriend at all. I'll be praying for his girlfriend and daughter.

 

I didn't know he had a daughter by his girlfriend. I have to agree that "American media" can't show that he was involved in an interracial relationship even though he is a star and this is supposed to be the 21st century.

 

I heard on the news, his daughter is 18 mos old. So very sad that she will never remember her daddy. :cry:

 

Yeah, they flashed a picture of the girlfriend for like a second or two and then showed the bw crying outside the hospital. But yeah, this is a very sad story. I was watching sports center today, and they interviewed another NFL player who knew Sean. He mentioned how Sean was making positive changes in his life and distancing himself from old friends who were trouble makers and didn't want to change their lifestyles. His friend also mentioned how he doesn't believe those guys came there to rob him, but rather they had been harrassing Sean and his family for a while now and purposely intended to harm him. Maybe not kill, but definietly harm him in some way. I just hope the that truth comes out and the killers are found soon.

 

Being from Florida he obviously had lots of fans who remember him from school days through college. It's also not unusual for pro-athletes to date outside their race so I doubt people are that surprised. I'm just hoping his girlfriend is not involved somehow. :cry:

 

If she's not involved it is probably some of her kin or Cuban nationals..they are some RACIST mofos..

 

I wouldn't rule that out, its kinda strange that the girlfriend hasn't released a statement or spoken to the media yet. I mean she was there when the shooting took place, I would like to hear her account of what exactly happened that night.

The cowards who allegedly killed Sean were captured. I don't think this was due to him dating and preparing to marry a Hispanic woman, who is very beautiful by the way. They were reportedly targeting him because he was either at Miami or something that Sean allegedly did to them. I also heard that these cowards were jealous of him since he was a superstar athlete with a lot of money.

 

Did everyone see the funeral services and the turn out. Man those guys who did it really f*cked up they have to feel like the worst people in the world right now. Andy Garcia was there.
