 Kanye West used his blog to broadcast his affection for actress Scarlett Johansson. Under the title "MY FAVORITE WHITE GIRL!!!!!!!" Kanye lists more than a dozen photos of the 23-year-old actress, who stars in the upcoming Woody Allen film "Vicky Cristina Barcelona. http://www.kanyeuniversecity.com/blog/?em3106=202721_-1__0_~0_-1_8_2008_0_0&em3281=&em3161
Not surprising. Johansson is damed near EVERYONE'S "favorite white girl" or at least in their top 10! It may have been a bit ill-conceived to blurt out "favorite white girl" however. How would he or many of us take it if someone of another ethnicity proclaims him as their "favorite black boy"? Seems different now all of a sudden, yes? He simply needed to say that she was one of his "favorite WOMEN". She would have gotten the message
I'm not surprised, Kanye aint the only brotha that wants to throw a cape on lil miss Johansson. :smt045
How unfortunate for her that she's engaged to a handsome and fit actor. My favorite white girl is Lady T:
WOW she's mediocre at best she wouldn't be in my top 50, fuck a top 10. I would bet if she was flat chested she wouldn't be on any list at all...
I'm sure there are three dozen female celebs who wouldn't get any love from adoring male fans if they "didn't have that asssss" (or should I say "azzzzz"?). Fact is what we are all being a bit superficial when it comes to admiring celebs because we are going by their looks or certain physical attributes they have that arouse us. So what's the difference if many guys (including myself) are drawn to Scarlet's great rack? Its as obvious as those who like Vida because of her rear end.
I agree. Its annoying that too many of us do this. Hell, we often resort to using the adjective "black" amongst other black people (ie: "That's one fine black man" or "My wife is a strong black woman", etc). And in this case with Kanye its as if he is almost being defensive by using the word "white" to suggest that she isn't one of his favorite women, but simply the one he likes most amongst white females. That's how it comes across to me. But, yeah, I can't imagine white celebs, if they are going to admit to being attractive to a black person, say that "such and such is my favorite black ::fill in the blank::."
She was before my time (i believe Rick James brought her along) but i really like the sound of her music. Reminds me of Joss Stone before there was a Joss Stone.
