Sandra Bullock sighting!

And why is that interesting? I have a colleague who is on the island of Anguila and he has posted on fb that Sandra B. is staying at his resort and he's "hung" with her at the pool. It initiated a frenzy amongst some of his friends about how exciting that was.

My question is - why is that interesting or cool or amazing? Isn't she human just like you or I and wouldn't seeing her around just be like spotting you or I at the pool? Why the interest in this?

 

It isn't but given that most people's lives are a reflection of the mundane and mediocre, they like to think and live vicariously through one celebrity or another.

It can be seen on this board when any C-list black male celebrity (e.g. Ray J.) with some no-name skank is venerated as an existential ideal.

 

I call those kind of people "Access Hollywood ass mofos". People magazine, tabloid livin' off of ass muthafuckas.

 

Hell, they could be a movie extra and get mentioned on here if they dated a white woman. I'd sit back and laugh at that TMZ ass shit.
