How do you know he's a Neo-Nazi? I've seen the photos, but then I've seen photos of other people in Nazi garb that turned out to be nothing more than bad taste. I'm not saying he is or isn't, but I am saying it's possible she didn't know if he was. So no, if she wasn't aware when they married, then I don't think being married to him makes her racist. If she found out after the fact, that still doesn't make her a racist. Some people take marriage really seriously and will work to preserve it even under less than ideal circumstances, and that's no one's business but theirs. I also think it's possible for children to not be racist even if one or both parent are. There are several members of this forum who have indicated they have racist family members, yet they never embraced racism, and the fact that they know racists and continue to treat them as family clearly does not make them racist either.

How do you know this? Do you hang around her on a personal level?

    Yeah, I didn't think so.

Stop making stupid comments like this. You have NO IDEA who her friends are.

I know that she married someone who is, or supports the Neo Nazi's agenda. Otherwise how can you explain the photo ?

I'm sorry, if anybody I knew married a someone with views like that, I wouldn't know them anymore.

I'm sorry, but I'm not that forgiving. Eventually she knew, and it wasn't a deal breaker. I take marriage seriously also, but I also take my pride seriously to, and I could never love someone with views like that. If the photo was a joke, I still wouldn't deal with it.

If someone supporting or simply taking a photo of someone doing a Neo-Nazi wouldn't be a deal breaker for you, fine, that's your choice. To me, it's a deal breaker period!

    new info:

    • The ho Bombshell McGee has gone on Inside Edition now, insisting that she isn't racist, but that she was 15 years ago.
    • She admits that the WP on her legs = White Power. But she says that's from a long time ago.
    • She admits she had a swastika on her stomach, but says that she covered it with another tattoo.
    • She says her friends put "white power" on her refrigerator, but only because they thought it would be funny.
    • She says she took the Nazi photos recently (after she stopped being a racist) because the photographer told her lots of girls did it. But she was shocked & appalled by Jesse James' photo.
    • Out of the whole thing, what's she most upset about? Tina Fey suggested that Hitler might not like her.

alcoholism is not a disease . It is a behavior problem. You go find the booze. the cancer is a disease it finds you.

alcohol is like shit. you are walking down the street and you see the shit and you say hey there is some shit then you step in it. then its hard to get off and it stinks up your life.

cancer is also like shit but in this case you are walking down the street and someone throws it and hit you in the back. you did not see it coming . you could noty avoid it.

    alcoholism is a behavior.

I will have to respectfully disagree.

Having grown up with a drug addicted brother and knowing several people with alcoholic fathers, I can tell you that addiction is a disease. Not a "disease" like cancer or small pox, but it's a disease that for many there is no release from ever. Which is why people call themselves "recovering" alcoholics and "recovering" drug addicts.

There will ALWAYS be the temptation to go back into it. Which is exactly what happened to my brother after rebuilding his life for 7 years....but, alas, that's neither here nor there in this discussion. LOL.

LOL, you honestly think that people who stay married always do so because of love? I don't pretend to know the interpersonal dynamics of Sandra Bullock's marriage, and it's really none of my business to speculate, however I will say that marriage can be complicated and I suspect when you live your life in the public eye it is even more complicated. Whatever she knew, whenever she knew it, knowing that any action she took would be subject to public scrutiny could possibly impact her decisions. Bottomline, whether she knew or not doesn't make her a racist, weak-willed or ignorant perhaps, but unless she personally holds racist views, I wouldn't consider her a racist.

Some people are also very good at hiding, or downplaying, the aspects of themselves that they know you will object to. I can believe that it's possible if he is a racist, that she had no idea. When you love someone you may question less, and accept more on faith, so sometimes you get surprised later in the relationship.

Gotta agree with you Bookie. Alcoholism and drug addiction are diseases, and it's not merely a matter of choosing to not be addicted, it goes much deeper than that.

Alcoholism is an addiction, an addiction, by a lot of experts who treat it, is often called a disease.

Um...are they staying married? No, they're not, and I don't know what someone staying married for reasons other than love has to do with anything.

Here's what I do know about Sandra:her husband's infidelity was a deal breaker, but her husband supporting, joking about, or being a Neo Nazi wasn't.

That should tell us all we need to know about Sandra Bullock.
