Most of Cali is pretty cool for IR dating to be frank, especially NorCal.

 

Yeah I live in san diego and most of the people I know are in IR relationships, it mostly depends upon where you are though. Like there aren't that many caucasian's too close to the border like chula vista or tijuana. But if you go up north to like Mission Valley, east like La mesa or El Cajon, or frankly further away from the border, you'll see more caucausian people and more IR couples. But the majority of IR couples down here close to the border between blacks is with Hispanics and Filipino's.
