I've never been to Russia, but would love to make my trek there eventually. But I have come across Russian women here and I can safely tell you from my experience is that they are pretty friendly and VERY conscious of their tone and physique. Especially this one woman, who part-time does training at my university's gymnasium, she's very much willing to get people at a specific weight or size. However, she's too thin, although she's built. She sort of resembles a slightly less toned version of Zuzana Light from BodyRockTV.

They're concentrated in many parts of U.S.. But they are a rarity here in Louisiana. The ones I've seen don't really have an ass like Anna Chapman's. But the ones I've communicated with via Vkontakte, they definitely have better shaped asses.
