Russian/Ukrainian Wife Swap

Don't ever be surprised that there are a plethora of TV shows which are translated and used in their respective countries. Reality TV being the most popular, it's easy to explore and exploit much of what the country has to offer. In this case, Wife Swap. Anyone know the UK and US versions should already have an idea what this show is like.
