This really shocked the hell out of me. We're still hoping for Ghostbusters III and then this happened. :smt089

He'll be missed. I would have loved to see him on the screen again...

Damn, celebs are dropping like flies. I remember him in an "Airheads" scene, promising the group in the radio station that they could be as big as Mark Mark and the Funky Bunch :D

Loved his performances in Stripes and Ghostbusters. Along with his movies like Caddyshack,Animal House etc. On a IR note I remember the scene in AH when the brothers asked the Delta guys if they want to dance with their dates.

I watched Harold Ramis on Second City TV back in 1978. He was so funny on that show with John Candy, Andrea Martin, Eugene Levy, Dave Thomas, Joe Flaherty and Catherine O'Hara. His performance as Egon Spengler was tops. He was a good writer(he co-wrote The Blues Brothers) and actor. Thank you, Harold. May you Rest In Peace.

The sad part was that he had this illness in him. There was nothing more he could do about it. So, he used his talents to entertain the world. I guess he had died satisfied knowing that he had done so.

R.I.P. to one of the most talented comedic actor/writer/directors of our generation. Harold Ramis knew how to make us all laugh and he was great at it.
