Kid, Latvia is all good but it is a little far and Estonia is more easy to access than a train trip to Riga.

From the photos looks like everyone is having fun but if a black man makes a move on any of those white girls that will change.

Thanks Moskvichka. I tried to e-mail you but get no answer. Anyway, I go to a store that sells a newspaper for the Russian community. Sometimes it has good articles on Blacks in Russia.
