nah -- don't pay it.

strictly philosphizing: paying it is like saying "wanted dead or alive 1 million dollar reward."

if that's the case (dead or alive), then say it. If it's illegal then don't say it. Too crazy to be a gray area.

Plus, everyone knows the cops were likely to kill Dorner. you head down a slippery slope when you attach $ rewards to such a thing... even if he was innocent somehow, you would have people helping to get him killed just to collect the reward.

So i would say don't pay it.
