Remakes - What's hotter:Original or new edition?

The more years pass the harder it will be for musicians to come up with something new that hasn't been there yet.
And some just love a particular song and want to do their own interpretation/performance on it.

I like the Treacheorus Three's version a little better than Taana's original version.

There's hella other songs that sample Heartbeat, but I'll be damned if I post up all them videos. These are just my favorite songs that use Heartbeat.

I like Battlecat's version the best. Beat goes TOO hard. The original is the shit though, too. And Garcia Vegas is a Bay Area anthem to many.

But Cat comes out on top for this one.

 

I heard this recently and liked it. Definitley remade by a band in a different genre.
