Ludacris was the first a while back, back in 2002 announced it in a song that white women with ass was the new phenomenom and everybody of course went with it, but now people say it is dying out.

Just saw the new episode. Reggie was shortly featured in this episode. According to the previews, there will be more Reggie in the episodes to come this season.
 
I bet he would be appearing in the next to last episode. I saw the hour long TMZ last night in which the narrator dissed them for being predictable.
