Pepper (Rebecca Romijn) shocks the city when she breaks the story of an election campaign scandal. However, in the process of this developing story, she also finds her own love connection with the soon-to-be mayor, Curtis Wilson (guest star Henry Simmons, "NYPD Blue").

Charlie (Josh Hopkins) accidentally walks in on the couple in a passionate kiss and finds himself having to deal with some jealousy. Meanwhile, Kathy's (Brooke Burns) job is in jeopardy as the woman she was temping for returns from maternity leave. Lindsay Price and Rider Strong also star. Robert Berlinger directed the episode written by Liz Heldens.

I watched the first episode and didn't like this show. Kinda cheezy, silly, etc. Really, just a waste of talented actors. Instead of Rebecca Romijn, they should have found an unknown actress to play Pepper.

As for the IR, that's just a sign that the show won't be on next fall on the new WB/UPN network. IR is a clear sign in Hollywood that a show will get canned.

I'm not really sure how long the show will last; we'll see how many seasons it airs.

I agree that this show won't be around, not because of IR (I haven't actually seen it...I read the reviews) but, because the show is too cornball! I think the IR is in there to try to put some edge to what is a silly series.

BTW, Rebecca Romijn should do IR in movies.

Oh, I agree. I think she's smokin' hot. It's just if you look at the shows Hollywood does, even on UPN, the white chicks simply aren't put with the brothas. Also, I forgot just how tall Rebecca really is. Did ya'll notice how much bigger she is than every other woman on that show?

Rebecca Romaijn is a hot one indeed. She should do some IR work.

If it's on the WB, then consider the show GONE.

I'm not surprised since those two networks had that merger. I loved that episode and saw it yesterday. It was one of the best romantic scenes in that show. Romijn should have some more IR scenes in either movies or TV.

That would be interesting to see.

Saw some parts of the show last night. I don't know if that relationship is a fling but it must be since Pepper came back to her fellow reporter. Anyway,I hope for more I'M from Romijn.

Correction: More IR from that actress.

Rebecca is absolutely beautiful and I'm shocked she even did a little IR w/ a BM on TV. I hope to see more shocking episodes or movies in the near future.

Anyone see the Pepper Dennis Episode that aired Sunday, 3rd? It was a follow up episode to her interest in the mayor who is Henry Simmons.

It's obvious that show isn't going to air very much longer. The acting is sub-par and the storywriters aren't making anything very memorable. I'll be honest, I only watch the show for Rebecca and Brooke B.
