lets hope you never in this situation,
back to us in the real world, you best believe it's going to happen, some say it has back in the 90's Michael Westbrook jumped on this teammate Stephen Davis and beat him up so bad rumors went out then they were a couple

She was on the attack when she got Ko'd.

    Like Judge Judy always says:

"If you hit a man he's gonna' hit you back.

Rice is dead wrong for being with a woman that can make him that angry..
Keep your hands to yourself, that goes for guys AND girls.

"Yeah,I sucked his dick...whatcha' go' do about it."

Whatever man, some of y'all have twitchy palms and hot tempers, and don't speak for everyone. Moreover, I'd personally like to hear less justification and more ownership and change as you've said has happened for you. I'm at 0% tolerance for domestic abuse, anything above that is obviously not going to sit well with ME.

I wonder if that has to do with the color of his skin...

Some females have twitchy palms and hot tempers.

The pictures of Rhianna's injuries at the hands of Chris Brown are everywhere....but where are the pics of the womans face Rhianna smashed-in at the airport?????

There's always a but, followed by some imaginary example or example of another incident about the victim who was the offender before. So, by your logic --not that you said this, if I get hit by some female today, it's okay for me to hit
    my girl tomorrow.

    Let's pretend it's not and it's only because he's a quarterback lol

I agree with you here but still, hitting a woman is never the option. The mother of my daughters was mad one night because I wouldn't give her more money and next thing you know I am laughing as she punched me in the body multiple times. She got a few good hits in to the dome while my laughter made her more angry. I didn't push her away or block her fists, I just laughed. I knew not only would I spend a few nights in jail and she would wipe my accounts clean but but 6'2" fists would probably cave her face in.

Having been in a situation of being attacked by a woman, I can tell you its easy not to swing back. It goes back to a persons morals and beliefs.

That's right, the quarterback... it has nothing to do with skin color.

The raked Vick over the coals for the dog fighting thing but let Sheriffs and Quarterbacks off lightly for hitting a woman. smdh.

I applaud your desire and will to use the character instilled or attained not to black her out.

Trust me when I say I understand where you come from, my environment for a while growing up in Chicago wasn't quite Chiraq, the times were different, but my family came from Cabrini. Started from the bottom now we here. We may have not had much, but had each other and what we believed in. I understand not everyone has the same beliefs, follow suit to our environment, but we can only hope for better right. Be better. You're better. (Obviously a long story short.)

One thing I learned from watching others mistakes and some words of wisdom from old heads is you don't shit where you eat. The same goes for neighbors, I learned that the hard way.

Much appreciated, the credit goes to my parents for instilling values.

LOL. I've had so many women get up IN MY FACE in an argument it's not funny.

But as a man you can bluff your way out of a physical confrontation with a woman with appropriate levels of both yelling and lowering your voice.

It makes a woman think while she's mad, 'this dude is acting so strange. He might be crazy.':smt043

It won't make a woman stop beefing, but she will think twice and three times about putting her hands on you.

Remember this is a bluff. There's no retaliation behind it.

I've also had a woman slap me before and the best move is no reaction whatsoever and just stand there and STARE at her for about 30 seconds.
    Then step.

I'm telling you the walkout is so the best move when things are getting over the level.
But you don't wanna overuse it because it can be a quit technique when you don't wanna deal with important shit in a relationship.

That shit will get her GFs apologizing for her dumbass cause they're afraid you're gonna come after her.lol

But most women I've been friends with/intimate were cool and any arguments were two-way streets and justified.

They never really escalated into a potential physical confrontation.

Because I'm 6'1, 225#, only a truly insane female is going to come at me with violence on her mind, so maybe it's easier for me to lower the temperature on an argument that's heading in the wrong direction.:smt006
