    Yea I am young, and from my travels and experience. I feel like LA is not a great place IR from a BMS standpoint.

    I agree LA isn't good for IR, in LA once you go black we don't want you back is practically law in everyone's community. I live in Vallejo and in Nor cali it's the opposite people IR all the time it's hard not to see.
