I'm not sure I trust an "ultra left" reporter, especially one that is unnamed. There are literally tens of thousands of people who technically qualify as reporters in the US: when you have a sample size that large, you can probably find at least one person to take any position you can possibly think of. Can you find a reporter who believes the earth was created 6000 years ago? I'm sure you can. Here's a senator who believes it. What about a reporter who believes that Trump is already deposed by covert law enforcement, and that Orrin Hatch is now secretly President? Yes, you can find that, too. The world is complicated, and figuring out who to trust and why is messy. No reporter (or outlet) is perfect, so you will not find anyone who has never made any mistakes. It would be great if I could just understand the world all by myself, but I don't have the time and I don't live anywhere near DC so I can't just fly in to DC every weekend and start asking questions. Instead, we have to do our best to find reasoned outlets that do a better-than-most job and preferably find other sources which can also verify that outlets' claims. It's honestly a lot like a paper in college or high school: we should want multiple sources corroborating the same idea, with a strong preference for reputable outlets and not something like Republicanssuck.com or Democratsarelosers.org.
Not talking about law. You implied that 45 isn't dumb due to success. That's what I'm disagreeing with. People that are worth much less than both file for banckrupcy all the time. You reasoning is that he filed because he has more wealth? That's like saying someone catches the bus because they have more cars. Your other reason is that real estate is "so volatile" So having assets which is what creates wealth to begin with is what caused him to struggle? Lol
Not sure why you wrote all that but didn't address his point, which is that it's a distraction because of the ongoing mental and physical issues which result in disruptions in combat, and not to view it as a private civilian business.
True story Bliss: I was once having a conversation with a leftist (full disclosure: I myself am liberal) who insisted that Monsanto was evil, and to prove his claim, linked me to a site called "nopatentsonseeds.org." I mean, I'm not saying he can't possibly be right, but as far as sources go that's a pretty obscure one with a pretty obvious agenda written right in to its name. It was pretty funny! Did you know that dogs are secretly plotting to take over the world? I read it on www.dogsareevilandtryingtokillus.org.
Because I'm not interested in addressing his point. I'm saying we don't need to address the ravings of every person no matter who they are or what they say. If I link you to the site of a person with a mental disorder who believes the earth is secretly run by an alien race of reptiloids, do you feel the need address that argument? I don't. I would ask for better sourcing. And in case you thought that example of secret alien reptiloids is ridiculous, here is a person who believes exactly that. He has his own website and everything! Here is a link to the book he wrote which describes the conspiracy in elaborate detail.
Well success is all relative, isn't it. Its the type at question. Being successful rapping into a mic, versus running Casinos, Hotels, golf courses hotels TV shows, beauty pageants as well as the Presidency... Got to have some smarts for all that.
No because only a stupid person would have that may businesses and run all of them. Capitalism exists for a reason
I mean, he is probably not like a moron or anything, but I certainly dont think he is fit for the presidency, for many reasons, competency not really being one of the bigger ones
That is unfortunately the climate we are in that is why I don't do politics. People just choose a side and whatever nonsense is spit out they will go with it like they don't have minds of their own. And it's worse with Trump because of his narcissism, bigotry, sexism, racism, lies, greed, immaturity, thin skinned, lack of sensitivity and intelligence. Wise men will speak of human ignorance for humanity's downfall.
How are his Military points "raving"? Yes, I'm aware of reptilian theories. Alien ones, too. Same wirh Ghosts and Chem trails. That's why there's a conspiracy Thread. However not sure why you are conflating an opinion on transgenders in the military with conspiracy theories by another. If that's your line of thought, didn't you just state that this ban is a deliberate distraction from Russia and to divide Americans and what not? Some might call that a conspiracy thought.
I'm saying that the only thing I know about the person you're talking about is that he is "ultra-left." I don't have a name, or an outlet he works for. And even if I had those things, he would be one guy. Using the school analogy again: I'm asking for better sources.
So then, what of Jeff Bezos, who just overtook Bill Gates as the richest man in the world, with 98 billion dollars. He is the CEO of the Washington Post, Amazon, Zappos and Whole Foods.
Donald Trump was born into a wealthy family and was given everything he ever got in life on a silver platter. He inherited not only his family's name and money, but also his family's connections. It takes absolutely no intelligence to have everything handed to you. And what makes you so sure that he hasn't been outsmarted by someone else before now? Being rich can buy you a lot of second (or third, or fourth) chances. The only thing he's done is somehow not manage to piss away all of his money on hookers and blow. It doesn't take any intelligence to not fuck up; not fucking up is the default position. His business strategy consists largely of buying things that other people have built, slapping his name on it, and hoping to turn a profit at some point. Henry Ford he is not.
He owns them no differently than Trump Holdings owns his businesses. Bezos is CEO of all HIS companies, best believe it. Hiring people to run them under you, like Trump did, is normal and not "stupid" as you called Trump. But they oversee it all.
I'd also add that he can take responsibility for his actions, learn to keep his mouth shut sometimes and realize that he doesn't have to tweet every single thought that pops into his head, and spending less time playing golf and cable news and more time actually learning how to be an effective, mature leader.
How can the DNC backstab Jeff Sessions? He wasn't nominated for his position by a Democrat. He's not serving under a Democratic President. And I have yet to hear of any Democrats who expect Jeff Sessions to be "loyal" to them or anyone else who's a Democrat.
