Sorry, but didn't want to make a whole thread on (my) often random observes of the media, cause they don't usually merit it. So anyway here's mine... I've become a fan of Mike and Molly. I ignored/resisted it for four years and have just begun watching re-runs on the CW. I literally can't stop laughing out loud. Mike's cop partner Carl and Mike's Mom steal every scene they are in. Love them. Oh and Molly's mom's greaseball boyfriend, too. :smt036 And Carl''s grandma is a classic. (I think I'm crushing on Carl. :smt060 )
Mike and Molly was funny whenever I watched it I also like king of queens (because Doug's girl is my type lol)
She was on SBTB?? ^^^^ Funny, that's the only one I ever saw. How come? Well, I was at my BFFs house (she is a huge fan) and she yelled for me to come see the IR couple hooking up.(haha) While I enjoyed it, I didn't know the characters/their personalities to appreciate their behavior. (I thought why is the cop acting so needy??) I LOVE KOQ! Deeeeacon  Carrie is my said BFF above, to a T! Identical personality, looks, attitude, gestures...haha, for years we have been busting on her how she is Carrie.
This is for TDK who complains that there is never enough Black male representation on the covers of Magazines. Thus, I present to you... GQ's MAN OF THE YEAR! Happy?! Congrats to Michael!
I missed the GQ deadline tho...damn Oh well guess I'll have to wait until 2015, gorgeous people As a side note, gay/transgender is starting to be included in video games also
Anyone else notice michael sams boyfriend is white I guess that's a win for black men Being able to snag ur own white man Praise The Lord
I know for Marvel Comics (or is it DC comics?) it's been so for a while..and I recall Archie dies defending his gay BFF http://www.rollingstone.com/culture...-killed-saving-gay-best-friends-life-20140714 So in what capacity, and how is it being received? Where have you been? Old news, lol. No, just the most vocal. I thought I'd make your day with the happy news, tis all.
It's old news but don't hate for trying to shit stir As for the capacity, the rpgs made by bioware include gay/bisexual love affairs as options for the player. The games generally sell like hot cakes so I'm assuming most people are for it or generally don't care enough not to buy it The games had stellar reviews btw :-o
What I loved most about Mike & Molly was that it was a very real sitcom. Here was a show about two people in a loving relationship who are not a Barbie/Ken type that is typically found on most sitcoms. They both have their problems (Mike wanting to find true love and Molly trying to lose weight and attending Overeaters Anonymous, who also wants to find true love). The show was created by Chuck Lorre who created Two & A Half Men.
Well I grew up watching Roseanne and married with children...so yeah...very familiar with anti Barbie-ken doll shows that were staples of my viewing Although Christina applegate was easy on the eyes
Yeah always loved her since Who's The Boss. She's been in the game for a minute. Classic Italian New Yorker
Wow! That's going to take me a sec to digest. Dayum... Is it that serious that no one can play a video game without wanting to see your sexuality represented? lol (I know that someone could counter well the same could be said for race, but sorry, there are MEN all over video games, thus quite well represented. ) Anyhoo.
