    Aww...poor Brittney. :smt056

I feel your pain; my hair is thick & ponytails usually give me headaches, too.

My head never used to be so sensitive. When I was a teen I used to do all this crazy weird stuff with it and also my bestfriend would always make me let her corn row it and she was not very gentle, but it didn't bother me. NOW I can barely have it in a ponytail. And my hair isn't as thick as it was back then either, plus I've got it layered. :-(
With age, I've really become a wuss.

I used to do be able to do a lot of things with my hair when I was a teen, too, & I was never tenderheaded until my mid-twenties. After that I haven't been able to wear it in a ponytail, braided or in an updo for very long before my head started hurting. So, I guess I've turned into a wuss, too. :smt086

Aww, it sucks! I took down my ponytail. Did you go a long time without doing much to your hair? Because I think I did. Soo maybe we got unused to it, and it turned us into wusses. But I've also noticed as I've gotten older, that my pain tolerance isn't what it used to be too. :smt086

That could be it. When I worked at the prison in my early twenties, I had to wear it up or french braided all the time, & it never bothered me. After I left, I was so tired of wearing it up or braided that I didn't mess with it for a while, so I probably did get unused to it. It wasn't long afterward that it started hurting my head to wear it up or pulled back. I've noticed I don't handle pain as well as I used to either. I found that getting the endorphins up with exercise seems to help.

Yep, I remember now, same here. I worked at a place (with food) that required me to wear my hair up all the time. Then when I didn't work there any more, I literally never wore it up again, until now. I'll keep that endorphins up with exercise seems to help in mind. :) I didn't really exercise today. I walked a couple miles. That's it because I had to go a couple places. It's my day off so I'm being lazy. :p

Hey Gigglebox, I take it you don't know what the dirt is since you haven't responded back about e-mail in the other thread?

Sounds like the hair mystery is solved. ;) I've been lazy quite a bit myself lately since I've been feeling like crap. I should probably force myself to at least walk the treadmill or something, & it'll probably help me feel better.

    Yep, that definitely helps. :)

Ohhhh, I went and saw it. How am supposed to know I was Gigglebox? Anyhoo, I'll do that. In a jiffy. I'm on my way.

Freedom! Setting them babies free after being cooped up all day. :D
    That's what!

I don't know what it is about it, but it's awesome. The first thing I do when I get home is ditch the bra & kick off my shoes.

Oh yeah. I've even taken mine off at work when I'm working late & locked up in my office. Bra removal time is one of the best parts of the day imo.
