Hi everybody!!! I have been a member of this site for quite a while now, however this is my first post. I would appreciate your advice guidance in relation to this matter and thanks in advance.

I am a black male dating a white woman. Some time ago, my wife sister's boyfriend who is white came to me and said " I like your leader jacket, is it made from monkey skin" I took this as a racial comment and when I complained, my wife and family took no action whatsoever. Recently, me and my wife went to her family do and while we were all seating together, my wife tried on her sister's fur coat and started making monkey/gorilla posture-noises and her mum joined my wife in making monkey posture and noises as well. My dilemma now is should I walk or continue to bear these racist jokes because whenever I confront them they just say "We weren't referring to you"

Your comments and guidance in this matter is highly appreciated.
