That is true I have not been to Oz in my life. I had plans in the past but it had fell through. A friend from Tasmania moved to the States and since then I have not known a soul there. I look forward to a day when I set foot in the Lucky Country.

I'm heading over the US again next year...probably for about 4 months this time! Looking forward to it!

Kevin Rudd how vowed to say "sorry" to the Indigenous Australians, where as John Howard refused to do so for his term in office. Julia Gillard, Krudd's deputy, will be the first woman to run the country when Krudd is out of the country in a couple of weeks. Yeay for women leaders!

 

Any one who is not an American will tell you that U.S. news reports are never accurate in analysis of his/her respective country. In fact, you can say the same thing about the U.S. State Department.
