    No lawyers for taxpayers to pay,
    no court costs for taxpayers to pay,
    no room and board, medical & dental care
    no food, & cable for perpetrator for taxpayers to pay
    And no trail for this woman to deal with a year from now
    No woman deserves this shit.

    The article says he was on parole for sex crimes including indecency with a child in 1986 and had been released from prison in 2008.

    I doubt this bastard has been a good citizen ever. No telling what else he has done since he has been out; sex crimes are under reported according to experts.

    Experts also say rapist and molesters are incurable. He had already exhibited this behavior so authorities knew this was going to happen sooner or later.

    That heart attack would have been even better when he was much younger.

    You said it, Whiks. My heart goes out to that poor woman.

    What's crazy to me is that even in light of what the experts say, sex offenders often get lighter sentences than other types of offenders. Even when they are convicted & serve time for repeated offenses, they still let them back out to do it again. Sometimes the only justice in the prison system for these low lives is when the general inmate population finds out why they're locked up & deal with the sex offenders themselves.

    Yeah, I used to be a correctional officer. I'm not really into torture, but after all the things I learned about sex offenders by working in the prison, I have strong ideas about what treatment they deserve.

    If I could choose the punishment for sex offenders (especially child molesters), it would entail having the same sexual offense they did done to them, cutting off their genitals & making them eat them, putting them on blast & throwing to the general population & letting the inmates have at them.

    Because of the war on drugs...they are so many non-violent drug offenders in prison there's no room for rapists and murderers.

    Everybody gets out early but drug offenders.

    This is very true, especially for the minor drug offenders...a.k.a. the ones who aren't rich...I think that's the biggest motivator behind sentences for crack being harsher than those for cocaine, & it does tend to be even worse for minorities than it is for white folks.

    There are also petty thieves who get some crazy sentences, too.

    If you steal something or get caught with crack, you're locked up 10 years. If you rape a three year old, you spend 2 years locked up. It makes me sick & it pisses me off.

    I don't know how golden it is, but it is how I honestly feel.

    I don't think sex offenders should get out of prison. Especially those who commit crimes against children. They shouldn't be allowed into normal society ever again.
