    kinda like a daily vitamin...you dont think BA is foolish enough to eat those all day instead of meals, do ya

    The next time you're in a grocery store walk down the aisles and ask yourself if what you're seeing is really food? I'd say that once you leave the produce section, about 50% of what sits on the shelves at your average grocery store is probably an imitation of actual food products. The last time I tasted Capn' Crunch it was good, but if civil society were destroyed tomorrow I wouldn't know where to find it in nature. Of course wheat, corn, and all the other stuff they make it with exists in nature, but once combined and processed it becomes synthetic and costly to your longterm health. A lot of Americans aren't seeing that or do see it but just don't care. I'm not an advocate for organic food, but we should be wary of all the processed sugar and greasy contraptions out there.

    And I misquoted that piece, 75% of U.S. adults will be overweight or obese not all Americans. It's still fucked up though.

    Lol, I just mean, if you wanna bulk up and gain weight and muscle, you gotta EAT LIKE A MAN.... and supplement.... and work out...

    Petty..... I know you drink slimfast for all your meals.... don't lie now...
