Prof. Ronald Mallett working on a time machine

Anybody here familiar with that name?

Ronald Mallett is a physicist I first heard of a few years back and have been following ever since. Long story short, he's trying to develop a time machine.


I don't know if time travel is possible, but as a fan of sci fi I do find his story intriguing. I also admire his ambition. Even if he succeeds in only sending a particle through time it would be one of the greatest inventions
in human history. The fact that Mallett is a black man would of course be icing on the cake.

Yeah, I heard about this cat a couple of years ago and saw the special on him. From what I remember, he was supposed to use a process involving lasers or something where he would shoot particles forward close to light speed or something. He did say that traveling backwards would be a bigger challenge, but was possible. Don't know where he is in the process now, but would be nice if a brotha actually created some type of "time machine."

I've actually read about this and from what I've read it seems very possible. I think its more probable with conscious not physical matter.

 

I don't believe it and I wished it was true. Proof of Time travel:Change a small event in history or take pictures and bury them before returning.

 

I really love this topic. It is possible but not in the way movies have portrayed it
