Princess Diana was preparing to unmask those involved in British manufacturing of land mines, it has been claimed. Diana, Princess of Wales was killed because she planned to expose senior members of the British arms trade involved with land mines, a leading lawyer claimed...Michael Mansfield QC, who represented Mohamed al-Fayed in the inquest into the death of his son Dodi and the former royal, said Diana claimed she had an 'exposure diary' in which she was going to unmask the people most closely involved with the British manufacturing of land mines.

He told the Hay Festival in mid Wales: 'I think everyone remembers she raised the profile of the land mines. Everybody is aware that the British involvement in the arms trade, particularly land mines, is and was a huge vested interest. It seems to me she had planned various visits. She had already been to Angola, she was going to Cambodia later in the year. She was going to set up an institute for the victims of the land mines that had been exploded.'

He added: 'A large number of land mines had been manufactured by the British and I think, and a witness who knew her well claimed, that she had an exposure diary in which she was going to expose the people most closely involved in the British arms trade. It seems to me that is not unrelated (to her death).'

This lady has been dead for years. No offense to the people who liked her but it is time to get over it. People die everyday.

 

al fayed has claimed alot of things over the years, he lost his son and is clutching at straws to find out why

he claimed she was murdered so charles could marry camilla and hes claimed she was murdered as she was supposedly pregnant with dodi's child and the royal family didnt want her having a muslim baby

A muslim queen would have been killed a lot sooner for getting pregnant by a foreigner.

 

but diana married IN to the royal family and had been divorced out of it for a fair while before she met dodi

i doubt we will ever know what acctually happenned. all we know for sure was the driver was drunk, they wernt wearing seatbelts, were being chased by paperazi and were hit by a white fiat in the tunnel. all the rest is speculation

 

I know....but still.....A Muslim queen would have met a far worse fate.

 

A conspiracy is a conspiracy no matter how long it takes to uncover. There is a big chance that you would do the same thing if one of your loved ones life tragically ended. Moreover, if you had evidence, why not follow it to potential proof of wrong doing, therefore bringing those, whom need to, to justice.

 

because this lady isn't my loved one. For a lot of people, she didn't exist until she met Charles. Heck, I didn't know she existed until she died. By then, it was too late.

 

But she is nonetheless someone's, and if the press chooses to publicize the efforts of that mans father, it's not her fault.
