Poll: Most Americans say Tax the Rich More

    Could it be that Americans are growing tired of the bullshit argument that we need to keep taxes low for upper-income earners because they'll invest more money in the economy? After a decade of zero net job growth and the destruction of our economy from finance capitalism, more people are pricking up their ears.

    As Washington gears up for a fight over federal spending and the national debt, lawmakers may want to consider some new polling figures.

    A survey from CBS News' "60 Minutes" and Vanity Fair magazine shows that most Americans, given a set limited choices for balancing the national budget, would prefer to see taxes increased for the wealthy.
