Definitely a Right. I grew up with that right( or privilege, depending on how you see it).
Now if people want various additional non-health services on top, then the private sector can certainly full that demand at a profit.

Water is a public utility which controls the cost.
As for healthcare, if we spent less on the military by about 10-20%, I think that would cover the cost of public healthcare for nearly all Americans.

It's disgusting how much wealth this country accrues from taxes and yet somehow we're told we can't afford public healthcare.
