I agree....That man had all the time in the world to assess the volatility of that scene. ...armored truck, multiple cruisers, drawn shotguns and rifles is hardly a time to exercise freedom of speech. ....more like a time to think for you and your dog. .....

 

It has everything to do with freedom of speech. They arrested him because he said something. You think if he had simply stood there and not said anything that they would have arrested him. No, Everyone has the right to say what they want.This isn't communist china. People need to stop defending the police every time they want to arrest someone because they said something that the police doesn't like.

Plus he said they recognized him from a lawsuit he has against them, so the vindictive cops in his case looked for any excuse.
