    I watched the video, & I don't think it should be posted here. It puts BM & IR in a bad light & reinforces views & stereotypes about both. That's not what this site is about IMO. It would just be fodder for trolls & everyone else who see BM & IR as negatives, & I have too much love & respect for BM & IR to endorse such a negative portrayal.

    I couldn't agree more that shit was depressing and not uplifting at all. And how many dudes kidnap their girl and kill themselves because shit didn't work out. Weird.

    Yeah, the video was horrible IMO.


    The lyrics were on point in many respects, but the video ruined the whole message by turning it into something else.

    No one called you a troll. If that's what you got out of what I said, you need to read it again. The negative imagery in the video supports the stereotypes about BM being violent, & that interracial relationships only bring misery...that is the shit trolls & anti-BM/IR feed off of. It would be unwise to post that video here, because it would only encourage more of the troll nonsense we're already dealing with. We don't need people looking at this crap on youtube with the site's name attached to it, because nothing positive can come from it.

    The stereotype that all interracial relationships end in utter tragedy. I know you were trying to show an IR video in general but I don't think you thought about how the video might play to others.

    Its not what others think its how the message of the video came across to me personally. You can't show me a video of people getting executed with Nora Jones playing in the background and expect me to ignore the images in favor of the words of the song. Doesn't make sense my friend.
