    I agree. No point in criminalizing someone and perhaps ruining their lifetime employment prospects for a harmless infraction.

    It's time for the drug war on bystanders and infantry to turn into "air strikes" on the lords, generals and prez's.

    Exactly. But that would involve penalties for the wealthy, something this nation notoriously lacks the capacity to do, no matter how much harm they are responsible for.

    In which other country could you elect politicians who snorted cocaine, but vilify a poor person for using crack?

    Hell they practically make heroes out of cocaine users in Hollywood
