Isnt he the Nigerian professor that ppl refer as Bill Gates of Africa??? I have heard nutin but good things about the guy, I guess I have to read your link then....
I thought he was brillant too, until I realised he calls himself a doctor when he hasnt obtained a PHD. The second article actually disputes a lot of his claims. He is undoubtly smart, but quite a lot of his claims cant be verified.
Damn, I read up the link, sad, tho the guy is a genius, did not win the Nobel or earn a Phd as it was claimed. True it does not take a Phd to contribute scientifically or otherwise to the world, but if you have not earned a phd then dont call yourself a doctor or let other refer to you as a doctor, that is being disingenuous. Trying to embellish your resume with a little some some to get a job is one thing but having the media and the whole public refer to you as doctor when you havent earned a Phd is another. I dont know whether to feel sad or shame for him.
